Who we are

Information we collect

If you contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, telephone number, company, team size, enquiry details and subsequent correspondence. Website enquiries are submitted through Formspree and delivered to the operator by email.

Vercel may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, referral source, pages visited, request times, performance measurements and security logs. Privacy-friendly analytics measure aggregate usage. Anonymous events may record starting or completing the walkthrough and clicking related demonstration buttons; they do not include names, email addresses, persistent visitor identifiers or form contents.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange demonstrations, discuss pilots, provide requested information and take steps towards a potential business relationship. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests in operating and developing the business and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Who receives it

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, enquiry forms, analytics, performance monitoring and business email, including Vercel, Formspree and IONOS. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable safeguards and contractual arrangements.

How long we keep it

General enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Form submissions may remain in the Formspree account until reviewed or deleted. Information connected with a contract, legal obligation or dispute may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Automated decisions and children

Website enquiries are not subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. This business website is not directed at children.

Changes

We will update this notice if the website begins using advertising technologies, additional providers or materially different processing.
