Website purpose

The website provides general information about Estim8Lab and allows visitors to request information or a demonstration. It does not create a software licence, consultancy appointment or other binding contract. Any software, pilot or professional support will be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

Accuracy and professional judgement

We aim to keep information accurate, but features and availability may change as the product develops. Website content is not estimating, quantity-surveying, legal, financial or other professional advice. Estimating outputs must be reviewed by appropriately competent users before commercial reliance or issue.

Intellectual property

The Estim8Lab name, branding, software interface, website design, text, graphics and product materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view and print pages for legitimate internal evaluation, but must not copy, republish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape it at unreasonable scale or use its content unlawfully.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, temporary unavailability, third-party services or links. Specific liability terms for software or services will appear in the applicable written agreement.

Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
